Post a comment with your character's name and canon in the subject line. Your character is now in the world of Minecraft, where everything is blocky and free for the taking to do with as you please. How did they suddenly get there? Do they know how to handle all this? That is all up to you.
Roll or pick a scenario below and tag around! Have fun, and watch out for creepers...
MOB SCENARIOS
1. Zombies - A common staple of any good video game. They groan and snarl and shamble toward you to eat your flesh. Oh, and watch out for the little ones; they're known to bite your ankles off.
2. Skeletons - Another bane of the night in Minecraft. These rattly skinned corpses are armed with bows and know how to use them. Better move quick before you get an arrow in the face!
3. Creeper - Nice house you have there. Better not get too close to these silent green stalkers or they just might blow it to smithereenssssssssss~
4. Enderman - Ten feet tall, pure black, glowing eyes, and they know how to teleport. At least they don't seem to bother you unless you needed that block of sand. Just don't look 'em in the eye...
5. Spiders - You think the ones in your bathroom are creepy? How about this giant one that can easily climb the walls of your safehouse? Better get that sword ready as soon as you hear that skittering sound.
6. The Wither - How were you supposed to know that leaving those skulls on the sand was going to make that happen?! Well, better take care of this guy quick before he destroys the map. Hope you're well-equipped, you don't want to wither away.
7. Domesticated mobs - Finally, something that doesn't want to kill you! You've found a friendly wolf, or a cute jungle kitty, or maybe even a newly coveted horse, and now you want to claim it as your own. Hope it survives the trip home...
LOCATION SCENARIOS
8. In a cave - Maybe you had to hide down here for the night, maybe you just needed to make a supply run. Either way, here you are in the deep and the dark, exploring or digging for minerals. Don't get lost, bring lots of torches!
9. Desert - Nothing but a long stretch of sand ahead of you, with cacti as far as the eye can see and a great open field for monsters. Maybe if you're lucky you'll find a temple to shelter in for the night.
10. Jungle - Muggy, wet, and filled with gigantic trees. At least these vines make it easy to climb around, and maybe that old ruin might have some goodies for you! But tread cautiously if you want to see some ocelots in the wild - they're skittish creatures.
11. Taiga - With its tall pines this biome is actually quite beautiful...if you don't mind the cold and having to shovel the snow off your porch every day. At least the wolves howling at night is soothing. ...right?
12. Village - Ah, peace and quiet at last. The villagers here are also quite helpful if you have something to trade with them...if their constant "hrm"-ing doesn't drive you crazy first. Oh, and zombies have an unfortunate habit of swarming in these areas, so sleep with one eye open...
13. The Nether - A strange alternate dimension that may as well be considered the pits of hell. You are surrounded by lava, strange pig-like drones shamble about, and does that sand have FACES on it?! Watch where you step in this place...each one could be your last.
14. The End - And here you thought there was no final boss in the world of Minecraft. Guess again! However you managed to find the stronghold concealing this place, you now find yourself on a spongy substance surrounded by Endermen, and a giant dragon is coming to eat you! Did you remember the bow and arrows?
MISC SCENARIOS
15. First day - No time to waste! These supplies aren't gonna collect themselves - time to start punching trees and crafting tables! ...or just walk around staring at cows. That works too.
16. First night - The house isn't done yet and the sun has set, quick dig a hole in the mountain and hide before the monsters come out! Boy it sure is dark in here and you don't have enough supplies for a bed. What was that noise? Is that an Enderman trying to dig you out? Where is the sun, hurry up day two!
17. DIAMOND! - Finally, after traveling miles and miles down under the surface, you've found the rarest and most valuable of all Minecraft ores. Just don't drop it in the lava...
18. F@#$ING REDSTONE - Yeah, your building project isn't going exactly as planned. Something just doesn't look right, a newfound glitch has broken your layout, or the redstone repeaters just aren't timed right. Maybe it's time to tear it down and start over?
19. Peril! - You're low on food, hanging on the edge of a pit of lava, there's a creeper and three skeletons behind you and your diamond sword broke. Better hope help arrives soon or you're going to meet a sticky, blocky end!
20. I died :( - Welp, so much for that. The last zombie got you or you drowned hiding from it, or something else in the dangerous world of Minecraft caused you to disappear in an explosion of items and XP. Hope your spawn point isn't too far away...you have five minutes.
21. Griefing or grief'd - Alright, who's the asshole who set off TNT on my diamond blocks? Don't you tell me it was an accident! What, am I supposed to believe that HEROBRINE put lava on my roof? He doesn't exist!Or DOES he...?
22. Pick or create your own, reroll, or mix and match!
If you have any questions as to what the hell any of this is, check the wiki at www.minecraftwiki.net, or ask your friendly neighborhood Saria :)
