Winry didn't answer right away. She simply looked at Judas with a deep scowl, committing her face to memory. Eyes, nose, jawline and hair. She would be certain not to forget this person so that she could give a detailed description when the time came.

"No, actually, I'm not crazy as that sounds. I don't imagine there would be many people comfortable with being kidnapped, tied up, and stuff in a closet."

"Well I'm sorry about that. I needed to make sure you weren't underfoot. I did have some work to do once you were secure."

Something about her tone said she wasn't sorry at all.

Making sure Winry was sitting upright against the wall, Judas took the bag slung around her shoulder and tipped it upside-down, dumping a mass of gears and tools and metal parts at Winry's feet.

"That's quite a set of toys you have lying around. I assume you know how to use them all?"

Winry looked at the mess dumped before her. For a moment her eyes widened in wonder and excitement. Fixing something up? She couldn't tell right away what it was, but she was always up for a challenge. Funny. Had Judas approached her normally and asked for help, the girl might have been willing to help for free just for the chance to work on something like this.

Yet seconds later she recalled that she had still been kidnapped and was still tied up.

"After all of this you really think I'm going to help you?"

She had her reasons as to why she couldn't just ask. A woman in Judas's position had to take what she needed to get what she wanted. Please and thank you didn't exactly work in her job.

"Do you think I'm giving you a choice?"
